A festive light roast inspired by the holidays! Bright, fruity, & sweet with notes of chocolate, pomegranate, raspberry, & plum.
50% Kenya Kianjiru AA & 50% Ethiopia Kayon Mountain
We always put a lot of intention into our Holiday Blend. The goal is to create something unique from years past - and delicious in its own right - from the best fresh crop coffees available.
This year's blend is comprised of two coffees in equal measure. 50% of the blend is Kenya Kianjuri AA (washed process), and the other 50% is Ethiopia Kayon Mountain (natural process). We roast each coffee separately to a light-medium roast degree (the same roast level as what we roast our single origin offerings) and blend them together afterward.
Here we now have a coffee that is fruity and bright, yet balanced by ample body and sweetness, and makes for a unique yet approachable coffee that is well-suited for both drip and/or espresso throughout the holidays.

Website orders are roasted and packed every Monday and picked up Tuesday by USPS for delivery. As we only roast exactly as much of each coffee as we have known orders for, please be sure and place your order no later than 10 AM (PST) on Monday for fulfillment that week. Orders that come in later than that may not be fulfilled until the following week.
